Ricci`s Restaurant at Castle Ridge in East Hanover

Nasty food will never go there again they need to close

Horrible! if u have a little bit of self esteem dont go there even if you are starving. People working at Ricci's are supper rude. First of all they are supposed to open at 12pm. i was calling them to place a pick up order from 12:30pm till 1:00pm and the phone was off. I went there and i see two men gracefully sitting at the table and talking. As soon as one of them saw me said "tell me anything u want." i was like " ok can i pls see the menu first". he didnt even bother his gluteals to get up. he pointed at the shelf and said "menus are over there." I am sorry but when i heard it i left the place right away. People who say food is super cheap at Ricci's, yeah i understand but i rather pay extra $3 and get served and treated humanly.

We hosted a bridal shower there in March and were so happy with how it came out! The staff was very accommodating and the food was great. Will definitely be back again. Great cozy place for small gatherings and events.

When we moved to East Hanover a little over a year ago, the little guy making the pizzas did a great job but since their business is so poor they had to let him go and the pizzas were unedible after that. Their "chef" should seriously consider a career change because anyone with NO culinary skills or training could make better food than him. The owner should really stop offering specials because the staff doesn't honor them anyway. They're constantly naming their own prices which is ridiculous and they purposely don't answer the phone or they put the machine on when they're "supposed" to be open. With all the other pizzerias nearby that offer much better food and service, there's no reason why anyone should go to Ricci's unless it's out of pity.

Italian. I'm not really sure why I don't like this place more. It might just be that I came here too often, and got tired of it. They have good selection and giant portions (comes with mediocre bread and salad), but are really, really cheap. My mom catered from Ricci’s for my bridal shower and every single person mentioned how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this spot!
